Yoga Game
The aim of this workshop is to encourage a deeper sense of body awareness, self-exploration and interpersonal skills, specially if it is outside.
The theme: a teddy bear which will be called Doky Monkey. He will help the monitor to coordinate the class.
Activities:
1.balancing poses: A pose list will be given but we have to take into account that some changes are possible because if the children get bored, we can propose new games and twisted stories.
2.breathing exercises
3. A relaxation technique.
Material needed:
towel or yoga mat, small fit balls and music
At the end of the workshop, children will be asked to invent a new pose and to explain it to their colleagues.
